TVHS FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION RUNS FROM JULY 1 THRU AUG 5

THOMPSON VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL is ready to turn our attention to a new year of exciting high school sports! With 6 different athletes named League Athlete of the Year, 5 Head Coaches named League Coach of the Year and 18 different teams making it to State Playoffs, we're ready to do it again!REGISTRATIONRegistration for Fall Sports opens July 1 and must be done online at: https://studentcentral.bigteams.com/--All Athletes must upload a current sports physical to their registration. CHSAA has provided a NEW PHYSICAL form so if yours expires over summer, please use the new one. --All Athletes MUST carry some type of health insurance. Contact K&K Insurance as an option for affordable insurance.SPORTS FEES--Base fees for in-district students is $175 per person, per first two sports. Third sport is $50. THOMPSON VALLEY ATHLETICS GEARS UP OVER SUMMER!!Eagle sports is already starting to kick things in gear for next sports seasons! Don't miss out on optional open gyms and training sessions for all underclassmen, including incoming freshmen after May 1.VOLLEYBALL: Starting May 2, open gyms will be Tues/Thurs 5pm - 7pm in the main gym. Athletes that have participated in sports for TVHS within the last year should follow these instructions.
Go to TV ATHLETICS WEBSITE and scroll to the box that says "Online Registration" and click on it. This takes you to the Big Teams Student Central Sports Registration platform.
RETURNING ATHLETES
DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT! If you need help logging in, contact Beth in the Athletic Office for assistance at beth.mierau@tsd.org
LOG IN TO PARENT ACCOUNT -- Click on “Athletic Forms” tab
*NEW! In the Sports section, select ONLY the current sport you will be participating in.
School selection – use Thompson Valley as your school in registration. If you attend another school, be SURE to type that in Form 1 where it asks what school you attend.
IMPORTANT: On Each Form, …click "RE-USE FORM" to automatically fill out forms. If something has changed, go to that item and make corrections.

FIRST TIME TVHS SPORTS PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION

If you have not registered for Sports via BigTeams/Student Central, GO TO TVHS Athletic Website and scroll to the box "Online Registration", click on it and it will take you to the Big Teams Student Central platform.
FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS
Create TWO ACCOUNTS --Both parent and student are required to create separate accounts -- THEN LINK THEM. Each account must have a unique email and/or cell #
SAVE YOUR LOG IN PASSWORD AND NAME for future log ins.
School Selection – use Thompson Valley as your school in registration. FRESHMEN: If you created a middle school account, the STUDENT ONLY should change the school.
NON-TVHS STUDENTS: If you attend another high school, be SURE to name that in Form 1 where it asks what school you attend. You must go to the Thompson School District webpage and complete under Registration "Athletics Only".
Click on “Athletic Forms” tab and complete Forms 1-6.
