Sponsorship and Advertising Details

• Static Digital Advertisements are displayed on the video board at Ray Patterson Stadium for all home football, soccer and lacrosse games. These ads do not rotate so your logo will displayed throughout the entire game. There are a limited number of spaces available!
• 2'x3' Gym Signs are displayed underneath the scoreboards. For a clean look, each business logo will be gold on a black background. These signs will be displayed permanently in the gym throughout the fall and winter seasons. 
• 3'x6' Field Banners can be displayed on either the outer fences of the Tennis Courts or the outfield fences of the softball and baseball fields. If the tennis courts are the preferred location banners will be hung up for the boys season in the fall and the girls season in the spring. If the ball fields are preferred, banners will be hung up at softball field in the fall and the baseball field in the spring. 
• Rotating Digital Banners are displayed on the scorers table at all home volleyball, basketball and wrestling contests. The LED display is approximately 3'x10'. Advertisements rotate about every minute. 
• Rotating Banners on the TVHS Athletics website are prominently displayed just under the upcoming events. The banner size is 728x90 pixels. Advertisements rotate about every 15 seconds. 
• Rotating Banners on the TVHS Athletics App are prominently displayed just under the menu options on the screen homepage. Advertisements rotate about every 5 seconds but can be kept static by the viewer. 
• Various size ads can be purchased in the digital TVHS Athletics Media Guide. A new guide will be created for each sports season and will include photos and rosters of all TVHS athletic teams competing during that season. Fans will be able to access the media guide from the TVathletics.org, the TV Athletics app, or by scanning a QR code at games. 
• Social Media recognition will occur on both the TV Athletics and Activities Facebook and Instagram pages. Each business will get a customized shout out including logo and contact information once during each athletic season. 
• Game of the week sponsors will be recognized on TVathletics.org and throughout the game with PA announcements. Businesses may distribute promotional items during the game of the week. 
• Single game title sponsors will be recognized throughout the game with PA announcements. Businesses may distribute promotional items and/or offer a halftime/intermission contest. 
• All sponsorship packages include two complimentary tickets to all TV home games. These tickets will be provided through our digital ticket partner s2Pass and may be transferred to anyone. 
• The Golden Eagle package includes two complimentary tickets to the Black and Gold Dinner and Silent Auction, date TBA. Dinner, entertainment, and the opportunity to bid on prizes are included.
